These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") supplement the legal notices above and govern access to and use of the LoguBlu website (hereinafter the "Site"). The Site is a showcase site presenting the company's activity; it does not offer any online sale of products or services. Any access to and use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the user.

These Terms define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the Site. They apply to any user browsing the Site, regardless of the device or means of access used.

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. The hardware, software and connection costs required to access the Site remain exclusively at the user's expense.

LoguBlu endeavours to ensure that the Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance operations, updates, cases of force majeure or any event beyond its control. LoguBlu cannot be held responsible for any temporary or permanent, total or partial unavailability of the Site.
